Knee Pain Exercises

Knee pain is one of the common problems that people face due to aging or injury. To prevent knee pain or if you already have it, then to manage it, you should be doing some active exercises. Below there are a couple exercises that are easy to do at home. Each one should be done in two sets of fifteen reps. 

 

 

 

 

 

Straight Leg Raise:
